The Unique Foundation is a registered NGO offering certified skill development programs across India. We are affiliated and partnered with:

2. Services We Offer

• NSDC Approved skill training in technical and non-technical domains
• Government-recognized courses such as O-Level, CCC, Tally, and others
• Training under government schemes
• Placement assistance and job readiness programs
• Online and offline learning options

3. Eligibility for Enrollment

• You must meet the minimum educational and age criteria for each course
• You must submit accurate, verifiable documents (ID, certificates, etc.)
• For government-funded schemes, Aadhaar and other documentation may be mandatory
• Admission is subject to seat availability and screening (if applicable)

4. Student Responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled classes and sessions
• Complete assignments and assessments on time
• Follow the rules, code of conduct, and exam guidelines
• Respect faculty, staff, fellow students, and the learning environment
• Not engage in cheating, impersonation, or plagiarism

5. Fees and Payments

• All course fees are clearly communicated at the time of enrollment
• Government-sponsored programs may be free for eligible students
• Fee-based programs must be paid as per the schedule
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing
• We are not responsible for delays in external certification

6. Certification and Course Completion

• Certifications will be issued by relevant bodies (e.g., NIELIT, NSDC, Tally)
• Completion is based on attendance, internal assessments, and external exams
• We will facilitate exam registration, but passing is based on performance
• NIELIT certificates will follow their official process

7. Placement Support

Placement support is provided as part of select courses and is based on performance, soft skills, and market availability. It is not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, training material, and platform resources are the intellectual property of The Unique Foundation or its partners. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse our website https://myskilledge.in. Uploading malicious code, spam, or unauthorized content is prohibited. Access may be restricted if misuse is detected.

10. Data Privacy

• Liability is limited to the fees paid for specific services or courses

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
