These programs are designed to cater to the needs of youth aged 14–35, with a focus on empowering women, minorities, and persons with disabilities. The Unique Foundation is an official training partner of the Utkarsh Bangla scheme, an initiative by the Paschim Bangal Society for Skill Development (PBSSD) under the Department of Technical Education, Training & Skill Development, and Government of West Bengal. This flagship program aims to provide free, placement-linked vocational training to youth across West Bengal, enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial skills.

Through this partnership, we offer a diverse range of NSQF-compliant short-term courses, including:

• Healthcare: General Duty Assistant, Assistant Physiotherapist, Front Line Health Worker
• Beauty & Wellness: Beauty Therapist, Assistant Beauty Therapist, Makeup Artist
• Information Technology: Domestic IT Helpdesk Attendant, Field Technician – Computing and Peripherals
• Retail & Sales: Retail Sales Associate, Customer Care Executive
• Agriculture & Allied Sectors: Organic Grower, Vermicomposting Producer, Mushroom Grower
• Handicrafts & Textiles: Hand Embroiderer, Self-employed Tailor, Sewing Machine Operator
• Automotive & Engineering: Automotive Service Technician (Two and Three Wheelers), Domestic Data Entry Operator

These courses are designed to cater to school dropouts and unemployed youth, with training durations ranging from 200 to 1200 hours, and are offered free of charge. Upon successful completion, candidates receive certification and placement assistance, empowering them to pursue wage or self-employment opportunities.
